I am an austrian citizen and a graduated automotion engineer with more than 15 years international experience in the field of quality assurance, qualiy- and LEAN management.
I have demonstrated skills working in management and executive teams – using my expertise in leading root cause analysis, corrective action systems, internal and external auditing, lean manufacturing including improvement projects (standard work, 5S, mistakeproofing, design for manufacturability), proactive quality planning utilizing PPAP, project management and customer steering committee meetings.
My extensive international involvement has given me experience managing global projects with virtual teams and my background in service ensures that I am able to interface effectively with customers.

Based on 15 years experience in QA/QM and LEAN Mgmt. and based on an international MBA study in human ressources I founded qualityfox for solving the recruiting challenges exclusively for QA/QM and LEAN Mgmt.
Foundation of corporate quality management as a first corporate organisation witin the entire enterprise (11 plants) with aim to harmonise processes and kpis where necessary, to improve the communication and support for multinational customers and to secure the compliance / achievement of budgeted improvement targets and failure costs. After establishing this best practise organisation, further corporate departments have been founded. This role included re settlements to China (> 1 year) to Slovakia and to Germany. Business travels worldwide have been a standard.
In addition to the q/ehs leadership in the business unit TS with 22 facilities in Austria and 1 facility in hungary, i was an active member of the strategic executive board for safety, quality and idea management.
Re-organisation of a motor assembly plant in germany based on LEAN principles and based on own developed LEAN production system standards which resulted in cost improvements, higher quality performance and lower through put times. In addition take over of leadership of local q/ehs team.
Establishment of processes, team, reporting lines, KPIs and quality networks at the new production plant in Slovakia – process oriented re-organisation of the austrian quality organisation incl. organisational integration of the quality network in Slovakia
Several improvement projects incl. communication in EU and China. Demonstrable reduction of customer and supplier complaints – achivement of double digit percent in average per year.
